We're hiring: Crewing Manager (International Fleet Coordinator). Full-time, on-site job. Office in the city center of Odesa, Ukraine. Official employment. Competitive salary.

Working day Mon-Fri Bomb shelter available.

No remote options for employers from abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive communication with the vessels, manning agencies, Fleet management, Line Management.
  • Control over planning, quality and relevance of the candidates in the assigned pool, prepared by Manning agencies.
  • Crew changes coordinations in line with Company's IMS and Line specific.
  • Coordination of Riding squads in cooperation with Fleet management.
  • Occasional troubleshouting in area of manning.

Minimum Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or maritime related discipline


• Excellent knowledge of mandatory STCW certifications, Seafarer's

Employment T&C, MLC 2006, CBA and Flag States' requirements


• Proficiency in MS Office applications


• Proper command of English, both written and spoken

Experience


• Two years of relevant crewing or ship management experience


• experience in the shipping industry as a seafarer would be an advantage but not a must.
