Promt Engineer

We are Patika Global Technology, a technology solutions company that develops custom software for different industries such as Energy, Retail, Healthcare, FMCG, mostly focusing on logistics and sales functions.

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to be part of our technology team and work on our global projects and clients.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and refine prompts for text generation, summarization, reasoning, and other NLP tasks.

Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate prompt-driven solutions into production systems.

Analyze model outputs to identify areas for improvement and create strategies to optimize model behavior.

Maintain prompt libraries, documentation, and templates for internal use.

Research and experiment with prompt engineering techniques, including few-shot and chain-of-thought prompting.

Stay current with advancements in generative AI and LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, Gemini).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, AI, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience working with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).

Strong command of English writing — clarity, precision, and adaptability are essential.

Familiarity with Python, APIs, and basic software development practices.

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret AI model behavior.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
