Role Mission
As a
Training & Development Specialist
, you'll help our experts grow and confidently develop their skills.

• You will design training programs with clear goals, structured LMS modules, and practical tasks that make learning engaging, accessible, and truly useful.
• You'll run trainings, workshops, and webinars, creating a friendly, supportive environment where participants feel motivated and see their real progress.
• You'll also analyze feedback and results to continuously improve learning formats and approaches.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify team learning needs through interviews, surveys, focus groups, KPI reviews, and process analysis.
• Develop structured learning programs in the LMS — from content design to presentations, video lessons, tests, simulations, and practical assignments.
• Deliver trainings, workshops, and online sessions where participants feel engaged, comfortable, and inspired to grow.
• Measure training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model and work with feedback data.
• Plan the training calendar, coordinate resources, and ensure the quality of all learning content.
• Monitor L&D trends and introduce innovative approaches into the learning process.
• Prepare recommendations for improving training programs and cross-team workflows.

Who We're Looking For

• 1+ year of commercial experience in L&D
• Strong structure and the ability to create logical, effective learning solutions
• Experience working with LMS platforms and modern learning tools
• Ability to keep participants engaged and motivated
• Readiness to deliver high-quality work even at a fast pace
• Positivity, openness to new things, and a strong team mindset
• English — B2+
