Middle DevOps Engineer

ELEKS DevOps Office is looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer in Ukraine.

The project is a personal digital manager designed to transform the way users navigate their busy lives. It combines three powerful features – Hubs, Organizer, and Communication – to simplify every aspect of a dynamic lifestyle. From handling work tasks to managing a pet's well-being or keeping track of personal documents, the app covers it all.

The applications are developed for the U.S. market.

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• Proficiency with AWS services
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes
• Expertise in Linux administration
• Comprehensive database knowledge
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Git
• Proficiency in Bash scripting
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Knowledge of ELK stack, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Understanding of security protocols, standards, and policies
• Upper-intermediate level of English

• Support existing CI/CM systems: maintenance, configuration and update
• Support existing environments: local and at customer side
• Detect and fix issues on environments: network, servers, services, storage
• Provide deployment/delivery process
• Write and modify scripts to automate such processes as build, deployment, configuration update etc
• Help team with configuration and administration tasks
• Develop and maintain document setup and configuration instructions, troubleshooting tips
• Estimate and define task completion terms independently
• Evaluate and coordinate task deadlines with Technical Leader or Project Manager
• May have valid competence-related certifications
• Participate, both as a trainer or a trainee, in various learning programs outside the major project
