We're a fast-growing early-stage startup within the Genesis ecosystem, building category-defining AI companionship products. Our mission is to reshape how people experience relationships and intimacy through technology. We're just one year in — and already scaling fast.

To support this growth, we're looking for a strong and strategic Recruitment Lead to build and scale our hiring function from the ground up. If you're an experienced recruiter ready to take ownership, lead a team, and shape how talent is brought into a company with global ambitions — we want to talk.

  • You'll work globally — we hire top talent worldwide (our latest hire is from Argentina)
  • You'll work across all domains — AI/ML, Product, Analytics, Payments, Marketing, and C-level roles

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead the recruiting team from the ground up
  • Own strategic hiring across all departments and geographies
  • Act as a partner to leadership and hiring managers on org design, headcount planning, and hiring priorities
  • Design and implement scalable, data-driven recruiting processes and tools
  • Coach and mentor recruiters to ensure high performance and consistent growth
  • Lead complex searches for executive and high-priority roles
  • Own recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and reporting for leadership
  • Be a champion of candidate experience and employer brand

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, including experience leading or mentoring recruiters
  • Strong track record in international hiring across tech and non-tech domains
  • Experience designing or improving recruiting processes and tooling
  • Fluency in English (you'll hire and communicate with candidates globally)
  • Analytical mindset — confident working with funnel data and hiring metrics
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Builder mindset — proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
