менеджера зі сталого розвитку (ESG)

Мета посади:

Побудувати та підтримувати систему ESG в страховій компанії: інтегрувати критерії сталості в андерайтинг, інвестиції, операції та звітність, відповідно до підходів VIG

Основні обов'язки:

  • Звітність та відповідність: координація даних і підготовка розділів Sustainability Statement для консолідації на рівні Групи, узгодження з ESRS та внутрішніми дедлайнами VIG;
  • Клімат та дані викидів: побудова інвентаризації GHG, участь у проекті декарбонізації у межах підходів VIG;
  • ESG в андерайтингу: імплементація декларацій сталості/критеріїв для андерайтингу, методична підтримка продуктового/UW-процесів, взаємодія з перестрахуванням, участь в оцінці ESG ризиків на базі принципу подвійного контролю;
  • Участь у покращенні ESG-оцінок та зовнішніх рейтингів, робота з Асоціаціями/Регулятором по сталому розвитку;
  • Навчання та культура: програма підвищення обізнаності для андерайтерів/продажів/врегулювання, прозорість для споживачів;
  • Участь у робочих потоках VIG Sustainability Programme, регулярний статус-репорт та обмін практиками з Групою.

Вимоги:

  • Вища освіта за напрямом підготовки в галузі сталого розвитку, фінансів, бізнесу або суміжних дисциплін;
  • 1+ рік релевантного досвіду в ESG/сталому розвитку/управлінні; ризиками/аудиті/звітності (бажано у фінпослугах/страхуванні);
  • Базові знання ESG буде перевагою;
  • Досвід збору даних і підготовки звітів, робота з Excel/Power Point/ BI;
  • Сильні навички комунікації та фасилітації між функціями;
  • Внутрішня мотивація самостійно шукати відповіді на запитання, досвід взаємодії з ШІ;
  • Англійська B2 (Upper-Intermediate) - для комунікації з VIG та участі в гупових семінарах у Відні (Австрія).
