Junior Department Assistant

We are currently looking for a Junior Assistant in the Advisory Department

This position is for those who prefer order in their daily tasks, know how to organize work and pay attention to details. Experience is not required - the main thing is the desire to develop and take responsibility for tasks. It is ideal for those who are just starting their career but are ready to work side by side with professionals.

What are your responsibilities?

You will be the pillar of the team - the person who helps everything run well and smoothly. In your daily work, you will:

·       Organize meetings, keep track of calendars and internal events

·       Assist with the preparation of presentations, documents, and short reports

·       Coordinate business trips: booking tickets, hotels, and other details

·       Keep your files and documents organized (your Excel spreadsheets and folders should be exemplary)

·       Communicate with colleagues from other departments to resolve current issues quickly

·       Support new employees in the first days of work: help them adapt, set up access, and find their way around

·       Participate in internal initiatives like team projects, events, and activities

It's not about "just helping out," it's about being the person who makes the team work calmly and confidently.

This position is for you, if you:

·       have a university degree or are a final year student

·       have a good command of English at Intermediate level or above

·       can use Word, Excel confidently; basic skills in working with graphic applications will be an advantage

·       have experience in administrative or organizational tasks — this will be a plus, but is not required

·       work as part of a team, being responsible, punctual and attentive to details

·       can learn quickly, have good communication skills, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
