Salesforce Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce instances, designing and building custom functionalities, managing users and roles, and providing ongoing support and system administration.

• Configure Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards, and other Salesforce metadata.
• Design and build custom functionalities (objects, etc.) on the Force.com platform.
• Maintain users, roles, profiles, and the overall security model of Salesforce Instances.
• Manage mass imports and exports of data.
• Deploy metadata and code from test to production environments.
• Create workflows, assignment rules, and other Salesforce automation.
• Build and maintain customer portal and sites.
• Provide ongoing support and system administration to quickly fix system issues.

• Hands-on experience with administering and developing Salesforce instances (3+ years).
• Expertise in software design, development, implementation, and support of production systems.
• Proficient in Salesforce products: CPQ, Revenue Cloud.
• Good at complementary software tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Word & MS Excel.
• Adept at 3rd Party Salesforce apps, such as FormAssembly, Survey Monkey, MailChimp, Deduplication tools, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (or Developer) certification is a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
