Job Title: Legal Expert for Energy Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled legal expert to join our team and contribute to the development of energy projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, with expertise in energy projects and a deep understanding of relevant regulations and laws.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing legal comments, memoranda, and drafting contracts in Ukrainian and English. They will also engage in legal due diligence, prepare reports, and perform gap analysis to develop Ukrainian legislation in line with EU acquis.

In addition, the selected candidate will analyze and research different legal issues related to renewable energy and oil and gas matters. They will work under senior colleague supervision to draft proposals and responses to clients' requests, assist with internal risk management procedures, and prepare articles and energy legal alerts.

Preferred candidates will have experience working in a leading law firm or Big 4 firm, conducting legal due diligence, and understanding basic principles of EU law and EU acquis. Knowledge of energy law is also an asset.
