As a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in productionizing machine learning systems with high reliability, performance, and observability. You will work at the intersection of ML, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure, enabling fast, secure, and reproducible model development from training to deployment.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape the foundations of our ML lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and maintaining ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment using industry-leading tools and technologies.

• Design and implement ML pipelines for scalable model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain containerized model training environments, ensuring reproducibility and reliability.
• Define and implement observability and alerting for ML systems, monitoring key metrics and KPIs.
• Contribute to internal Python libraries and platform tooling, accelerating experimentation and deployment for all model teams.

• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying ML systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and orchestration tools like Airflow and Kubeflow.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong understanding of ML model lifecycles, including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• DevOps practices, including Git, IaC (Terraform), logging/observability, and containerization.
