Antitrust Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Antitrust Consultant to join our team. As an expert in antitrust law, you will be responsible for advising clients on regulatory matters and ensuring compliance with competition laws.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of antitrust principles and experience in drafting legal documents. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on antitrust matters, including unfair competition and abuse of dominance
  • Drafting merger control filings and other related documents
  • Reviewing legal documents for compliance with competition laws
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a leading law firm or Big 4 firm
  • Expertise in antitrust law
  • Fluent Ukrainian and English language skills
  • Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence and legal documents
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
