Job Title: Mobile Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at ART2HIRE. As a Mobile Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and user experience of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Mobile Development team, DevOps team, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Support team to troubleshoot user issues.
  • Verify initial task requirements and review, update, and execute test cases.
  • Participate in pre-release and post-release activities, including bug reporting and verification of fixes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in testing mobile applications for Android and iOS.
  • Experience with bug-tracking systems and automation testing with Java.
  • Practical experience in writing test documentation, including Design Techniques, Use Cases, and test plans.
  • Understanding of CI/CD process and tools, including IDEs for mobile development.
  • Experience with Virtual Machines, frameworks for Appium, and REST API.
  • Practical experience with GitHub and analytics tools, such as Firebase and Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI principles and SDLC.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
