Experienced Strategic Staffing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Staffing Professional to lead our Talent Excellence Department.

This high-ownership leadership role involves overseeing strategic hiring initiatives across the organization, managing a team of staffing professionals, and serving as the primary liaison and escalation point between delivery and recruitment. You will collaborate across departments and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accumulate and maintain structured project- and client-specific staffing knowledge
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer, delivery, and recruitment teams
  • Ensure clear communication and hiring progress visibility across stakeholders
  • Present projects at hiring events, interviews, and offers
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with delivery and recruitment
  • Assist internal teams in preparing resources for future staffing needs
  • Escalate hiring issues and address blockers promptly
  • Facilitate info-heavy meetings like kick-offs, interviews, and offers
  • Onboard and mentor recruiters and technical experts on project-specific hiring
  • Monitor hiring outcomes and suggest process improvements
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
  • Facilitate conflict resolution as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring staffing or cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills to drive effective staffing strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and expectation management abilities
  • Expertise in process development and continuous improvement
  • Ability to analyze and interpret staffing metrics and KPIs
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability, adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
