Establish a new career path as a senior full stack developer with our team in Malta.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead architectural discussions and decisions, take initiatives to improve or create new standards, and act as a proxy between development teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in development, work closely with software developers, and be responsible for mentoring, delegating, and assisting other developers.

The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to implement new ideas, driving internal process improvements across various functions, and maintaining appropriate standards and technical processes. You will also be expected to participate in technical discussions, influence ways of working, and share knowledge and responsibilities to elevate team knowledge and eliminate points of failure.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be required to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business and communicate progress updates to relevant parties. A quality-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are essential for this role.

  • A minimum of 6-8 years hands-on experience in IT
