Job Description

UNICEF is seeking a highly skilled Programme Development and Implementation Specialist to lead our humanitarian response in eastern Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality programme interventions to address the needs of children and families affected by the crisis.
  • Lead a team of programme managers and specialists to deliver effective programme results.
  • Collaborate with government partners, local NGOs, and UN agencies to ensure a coordinated response.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, utilizing data to demonstrate impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong partnerships with local communities to ensure programme relevance and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Advanced university degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in programme development, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Proven experience in emergencies and humanitarian response.
  • Strong managerial experience in managing multi-sectoral teams.
