Operational Strategist

This role involves working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes. As a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst, you will support digital product teams focused on the HR domain.

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with UX designers to clarify requirements and support design creation.
• Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements aligned with business objectives.
• Document clear user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and wireframes as applicable.
• Bridge technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ongoing product development cycles.
• Test and validate developed features for alignment with requirements.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital product environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage time across multiple priorities.

• Experience in the HR or people management domains.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Miro, Figma, or similar.
• Exposure to UX concepts or data analysis.
