KPMG's Transaction Services team offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment with experienced deal advisory professionals.

The role involves working on challenging assignments and contributing to the success of international deals. You will have the chance to develop your skills and build your career in a professional team that values innovation and creativity.

As a Consultant / Senior consultant, you will be responsible for performing complex transaction services assignments, including financial due diligence. You will also provide multi-level transaction support for local and international projects and communicate effectively with clients and target companies.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Working in an interdisciplinary group to perform complex transaction services assignments
  • Providing multi-level transaction support for local and international projects
  • Communicating with clients and target companies, collecting information, conducting detailed financial analysis, and reporting on findings
  • Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process
  • Ad-hoc administrative support
  • Coaching and supervising junior staff

Requirements:

  • Degree from a leading university
  • Working experience in deal advisory, financial due diligence, audit or financial analysis for at least 2 years
  • Knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards is a must
  • ACCA/CPA passed papers will be a plus
  • Knowledge of English at upper intermediate level
  • Proficiency in Excel
