Product Marketing Manager

This is a challenging role for an ambitious professional looking to drive growth and impact revenue in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy, leveraging complex onboarding and paywall concepts, personalized offers, and hybrid monetization.
  • Work closely with UX researchers, product analysts, and market intelligence specialists to inform data-driven decisions and drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Double Diamond A/B testing flows, structured solution-building, hypothesis validation, and broad ideation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in app monetization, successful implementation of various monetization mechanics, and measurable impact on revenue through improvements in CR and LTV. They should also be comfortable executing without full confidence, but able to build that confidence by digging into available data for proper prioritization and hypothesis validation.

About the Role
  • Drive growth through key proxy metrics like CR and LTV.
  • Leverage data to inform decisions and drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement A/B testing flows.
Requirements
  • 2–3+ years as a Product Marketing Manager or Growth Manager.
  • Experience in app monetization and successful implementation of various monetization mechanics with measurable impact on revenue through improvements in both CR and LTV.
  • No fear of executing without full confidence – but the ability to build that confidence by digging into all available data for proper prioritization and hypothesis validation.
