As a Talent Acquisitions Specialist, you will be key in expanding our talent network, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery to clients, especially within the German and Swiss markets. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and attracting passive and active candidates, conducting initial screens to assess qualifications, experience, and fit, and developing and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent across various sourcing channels, particularly within the German and Swiss markets.
- Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling messages to engage potential candidates and build strong relationships.
- Market Research: Stay informed about talent trends and competitive intelligence in Germany, Switzerland, and across Europe.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements and align sourcing efforts.
- Initial Screening: Conduct initial screens to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Pipeline Nurturing: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in talent sourcing/recruitment or a foundation from relevant courses/bootcamps.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and Upper-Intermediate English.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-starter, results-driven, and urgent.
- Digital Savvy: Comfortable with various digital tools, ATS/CRM, and social media for sourcing.
