Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Watchmaker and Jewelry Artisan to join our team at HR4ALL in Kyiv.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and crafting both luxury watches and jewelry, with strong skills in hand drawing and design sketching. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with us to create high-end collections that blend creativity and contemporary trends, selecting premium materials and ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop luxury watch and jewelry collections
  • Craft intricate timepieces and adornments using traditional techniques
  • Collaborate with our team to drive creative vision and strategy
  • Select premium materials and ensure exceptional quality control
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury watchmaking and/or jewelry design
  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software
  • Ability to draw by hand and create detailed sketches
  • Knowledge of design software (an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of creativity
  • Understanding of premium materials and production techniques relevant to luxury watches and jewelry
