People-Centric HR Strategist

We are seeking a strategic HR partner to drive the success of our organization and foster an innovative, people-centric culture.

• Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that meet business objectives
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
• Identify trends within the business and design people-focused strategies and solutions
• Cultivate effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Partner in a dynamic tech environment
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and their teams, and manage stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proactive approach, comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
• Genuine passion for people and a drive to make a positive impact
• Ability to use AI to enhance daily HR work
• Full professional proficiency in English
