We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Google PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads and a proven track record of driving conversions and maximizing ROI. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and work with a dynamic marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and other relevant networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies to achieve desired ROI targets.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Optimization & Analysis:
    • Perform ongoing campaign optimization, including keyword refinement, bid adjustments, and ad copy updates.
    • Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
    • Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign performance and expand reach.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding campaign performance and updates.
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Research & Strategy:
    • Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve Quality Score and reduce cost per click (CPC).
    • Explore and test new Google Ads features and betas.

Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • E-commerce experience. 
  • Half conversation tracking.
  • Google Ads certification (e.g., Google Search, Display, Shopping, Measurement) is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving conversions and maximizing ROI through PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Remarketing, and Shopping campaigns.
  • Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work in the Eastern Time zone.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).  
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing.
