Online marketing manager* for the agricultural sector in Ukraine

Your responsibilities

• Provide and promote the sale of feed, premixes and feed additives of the enterprise according to the company's sales plan:
• Accompany and advise new and existing customers in matters of veterinary medicine, pig management and feeding, expand the range of sales.
• Determine the strategy and sales tactics of premixes and protein concentrates in the region.
• Search and attract new, potential customers.
• Develop rations based on customers' raw materials and the Company's premixes.
• Develop schemes for vaccinations and preventive treatments of pig herds, help develop solutions to improve economic indicators of the farm.
• Participate in the organization of exhibitions and seminars.
• To plan the sales for the year and for the month.
• Increase, expand, systematize and analyze the client base.
• Monitor the return of original documents from clients.
• Monitor the state of receivables.

Our requirements

• Theoretical and practical knowledge in the relevant field (veterinary science, animal husbandry technology, animal feeding and feed technology).
• Experience in negotiation and sales.
• PC skills, experience in CRM system.
• Having a driver's license and driving experience.
• Personal qualities: responsibility, decency, purposefulness, creativity, sociability.
• Ability to work with programs for developing rations.
• Knowledge of English or German will be an added advantage.
