Trainee Test Engineer

Analytical skills and the ability to investigate products and prepare high-quality test documentation are essential for this role. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in testing theory, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in an international environment. We're looking for a responsible and communicative team player to join our team. As a Trainee QA Engineer, you'll participate in diverse testing tasks, including test planning and development, bug reporting and verification, test framework extension, and test reporting, all under the mentorship of our seasoned engineers.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of testing theory.
• Programming skills in Python and MATLAB.
• Understanding of core MATLAB/Simulink functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferences:

• Knowledge of Networking and/or Embedded domains.
• Previous experience or coursework in numerical computing or data analysis.
• Experience in customer-facing role.
• Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to design and develop automated test scripts using Python and MATLAB.
• Execute test scripts, analyze results, and report issues using bug tracking systems.
• Contribute to improving test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation.
• Support test environment setup and maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities.
