Зараз ми шукаємо Growth Product Designer в наш продукт JustDone — AI асистент для академічної аудиторії, який допомагає краще працювати з науковими роботами, навчатись та проводити глибинні дослідження.

Основна місія цієї ролі - співпрацювати з PMM-командою, щоб через дизайн-експерименти, аналітику та розуміння користувача знаходити рішення, які прискорюють зростання продукту: від конверсії до активації.

Твоя зона впливу:

- Проєктувати та запускати дизайн-експерименти разом з PMM-та Growth-командою

- Досліджувати користувацьку поведінку, знаходити точки росту в активації, конверсії, онбордингу

- Створювати ітеративні рішення — від швидких тестів до масштабних покращень

- Аналізувати результати експериментів і пропонувати наступні кроки

Для цього тобі знадобиться:

- Досвід на аналогічній ролі від 2х років

- Сильний UX і interaction design

- Розуміння продуктових і маркетингових воронок (activation, retention, referral)

- Вміння формулювати та перевіряти гіпотези

- Базове розуміння аналітики (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)

- Досвід проведення A/B тестування та інтерпретація результатів

- Досвід з Figma, знання прототипування

- Досвід роботи з копірайтом і UX writingом

- Розуміння принципів PMM та growth-маркетингу

- Англійська рівня Upper Intermediate +
