What will you do:
- Conduct research and develop ad concepts;
- Monitor competitors' campaigns, follow industry trends, and explore new formats;
- Assign tasks to the design team and oversee their execution;
- Evaluate creative performance based on advertising metrics;
- Establish processes for hypothesis testing and scaling winning ads.
What do you need to join us:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with Tier 1 markets;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Creativity, self-organization, and ability to generate bold ideas;
- Understanding of digital marketing and knowing how to derive insights from data and apply them effectively;
- Successful track record in creating creative assets
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
