Together with our client, we're building a customizable workflow management platform that enables real-time communication between drivers and operations teams, improving efficiency, safety, and compliance in the transportation industry. The solution empowers drivers with actionable information and the right tools to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality service.

The project involves a cross-functional team of 60+ professionals driving this innovation forward.

IF YOU ARE
  • Having 3+ years of hands-on experience with , including component design, state management, etc
  • Knowledgeable in JavaScript fundamentals and design patterns
  • Skilled with Flutter and capable of developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications
  • Having a solid understanding of SDLC and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)
  • Demonstrating good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and provide constructive feedback
  • Capable of maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client side
AND YOU WANT TO
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high code quality, reusability, and performance
  • Build and support cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, collaborating closely with the mobile and backend teams
  • Apply strong JavaScript fundamentals and design patterns to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
  • Participate actively in all stages of the SDLC, including planning, estimation, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, propose optimal solutions, and identify potential risks or improvements
