Ми шукаємо людину, яка стане «двигуном процесів» у нашій команді. Це не про контроль чи формальності, а про те, щоб бачити сенси, аналізувати дані, будувати процеси, що працюють як по маслу, і робити їх кращими щодня. Ця роль поєднує в собі process owner-а (відповідальність за потоки та їх ефективність) і business analyst-а (уміння працювати з цифрами, метриками, інсайтами).
Ми шукаємо людину, яка вміє: Зібрати дані → осмислити → виявити слабкі місця. Сформулювати гіпотези та пропозиції покращення. Автоматизувати рутину та будувати прозорі показники. І при цьому лишатися «своєю» в команді: не бюрократ, а партнер, драйвер і натхненник.
Hard skills Досвід у ролі Business Analyst / Process Owner / Operations Manager (або схожих). Розуміння бізнес-процесів (BPMN, workflow, value stream). Аналітика даних: SQL / Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets (будь-які інструменти для цифр). Вміння працювати з метриками: KPI, SLA, OKR, дашборди. Базові знання інтеграцій / автоматизацій (Jira, SAP, ERP, Power Automate або подібні). Навички підготовки документації: вимоги, user stories, процесні карти.
Soft skills Ownership – сприймає процеси як свої, не перекладає відповідальність. Аналітичне мислення + інтуїція – бачить як цифри, так і сенси за ними. Системність і структурність, але без зайвої бюрократії. Комунікація – вміє пояснити складне просто, говорити з різними командами «їхньою мовою». Проактивність і драйв – не чекає задач, а сам шукає як зробити краще. Гнучкість – адаптується до змін, допомагає команді пройти трансформації без «болю». Емпатія – слухає і розуміє людей, а не примушує.
