We are building an MVP of an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) designed for the medical industry. The platform will support document control, compliance workflows, audit trails, and reporting — ensuring regulatory adherence. As we are in the MVP stage, we need a hands-on senior engineer who can contribute across the stack, make architectural decisions, and move fast while maintaining a high standard of code quality

Does this relate to you?
  • 5+ years of commercial software development experience, with strong expertise in
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and containerized deployments.
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and code review practices.
  • Understanding of security best practices, especially for sensitive medical/healthcare data.
  • Excellent problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/MVP environment with evolving requirements.
  • English is upper intermediate.
Nice to have (big plus):
  • QMS domain knowledge (e.g., CAPA/NC workflows, document & change control, audit trails, e-signatures).
  • Regulated industry exposure (healthcare, medtech, pharma) and familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR; bonus: 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Cloud AI integration experience (e.g., Amazon Bedrock) building assistants/agents that suggest and execute actions via secure back-end orchestration.
  • FE (React) experience.
A new team member will be in charge of:
  • Full-stack development of core MVP features using React and
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure solutions aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL and support database schema design (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
  • Ensure auditability, traceability, and data integrity in line with medical regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with BA, QA, and UI/UX to deliver features rapidly and iteratively.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud deployment (AWS).
  • Document technical decisions and maintain clean, maintainable, and testable code.
