About the RoleAs a HelpDesk Engineer you'll be the go-to technical support resource for our colleagues, ensuring they have the tools and systems they need to work efficiently. Based in our modern Podil office, you'll take ownership of setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of devices and systems, including MacOS, Linux, and Windows workstations. Your role goes beyond support — you'll identify opportunities to introduce smarter, more efficient solutions that enhance our office technology and workflows. Using our ticketing system (Jira), you'll manage and prioritize tasks, keeping operations smooth and helping our teams stay focused on what matters most.
What you'll own- Maintain and monitor office network equipment, access control systems, and network performance;
- Manage office hardware and employees' work equipment;
- Oversee employee access rights and corporate software licenses;
- Set up software on work devices and provide technical support to employees;
- Provide technical support during corporate events — including event recording, live streaming, and setup of microphones, cameras, etc.;
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of network and office equipment (UPS, Starlink, etc.);
- Manage corporate software licenses and access to internal systems;
- Administer Google Workspace and Gmail;
- Install and maintain technical equipment for conference calls (video/audio).
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in a SysAdmin/HelpDesk Engineer role
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Hands-on experience with MacOS, Unix (Linux), and Windows Workstation OS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, updates)
- Experience with networking (RouterOS, VLAN management, IPsec, DNS, etc.)
- Experience with Google Workspace Administration, Gmail, Microsoft Office 365, and Jira/Confluence Administration
