IF YOU ARE
  • Experienced with 2+ years in business analysis within the IT domain
  • Skilled in collecting business requirements quickly and efficiently
  • Adept at analyzing and documenting business processes
  • Familiar with application development
  • Strong in analysis, organization, and planning
  • Comfortable deep diving into product scope and learning rapidly
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in collaborating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experienced in conducting demos and knowledge transfer sessions for stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable in creating and managing custom fields and objects, complex workflow rules, process builder and flow, record types, data validation, and page layouts
  • Confident in maintaining business communication with clients in English

  • Specify, verify, and validate functional and non-functional needs
  • Align client and project teams to a shared understanding of requirements
  • Analyze the product from both business and technical standpoints
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
