Зараз ми шукаємо Senior Organic Growth Manager в наш новий продукт JustDone — AI асистент для академічної аудиторії, який допомагає краще працювати з науковими роботами, навчатись та проводити глибинні дослідження.
Основна мета цієї ролі — знайти й масштабувати органічні джерела користувачів (SEO, контент, UGC, AI search, community, marketplaces), які забезпечують стабільне зростання органічного трафіку, конверсій і revenue без залежності від платного перформансу.

Твоя зона впливу:

  • Органічна стратегія зростання
    - Розробка growth roadmap для органічного трафіку (SEO + AI + referral + Community)
    - Аналіз пошукової поведінки користувачів і конкурентів (SERP, Reddit, YouTube, AI Overviews)
    - Побудова і реалізація гіпотез, які канали можуть давати органічних користувачів
  • SEO / AI-SEO Automation
    - Використання AI для генерації або розширення контенту
    - Побудова entity SEO / topical authority системи
    - Оптимізація сторінок для AI Search / zero-click результатів
  • Growth Experiments
    - Запуск експериментів для швидкого органічного росту (є команда розробників для реалізації цього)
    - Тестування нетипових органічних джерел (Reddit, Quora, YouTube shorts, communities)

Для цього тобі знадобиться:

  • 3+ роки досвіду в growth-маркетингу (з акцентом на органічний трафік)
  • Глибоке розуміння сучасних підходів до SEO

  • Практичні знання соціальних мереж, ком'юніті-інструментів, UGC та Reddit/Quora/YouTube як джерел органічного трафіку

  • Досвід проведення A/B-тестів та структурованих growth-експериментів

  • Навички автоматизації та low-code розробки

  • Рівень англійської - B2+
  • Досвід конвертації органічно залучених користувачів у платних (activation, onboarding, conversion optimization)
  • Вміння ефективно використовувати AI-інструменти для ресерчу, масштабування контенту, SEO-автоматизації
