Зараз ми у пошуках Customer Success Manager для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.

Команда фокусується на наданні якісної підтримки користувачам та сприяє постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Володіння базовими знаннями про БПЛА.
  • Розуміння технічних аспектів БПЛА та його будови.
  • Можливість та бажання їздити у відрядження.
  • Комунікабельність та бажання навчатись новому.
  • Будуть перевагою практичні навички управління БПЛА (гексакоптери або FPV).

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Надавати консультації та допомогу користувачам у роботі з БПЛА.
  • Допомагати першій лінії підтримки щодо складних запитань з експлуатації БПЛА користувачами.
  • Допомагати у тестуванні проектів команді тестувальників та розробників.
  • Участь у презентаціях, виставках з продуктами компанії.
  • Відрядження до клієнтів та вирішення на місці отриманих задач.
