About the Role
GL Healthcare Division Program is looking for a motivated Trainee Business Analyst to join the Reliability Engineering team responsible for the mission-critical medical data processing systems infrastructure development and operation.

We have a trustful relationship with the Client, a multi-national MedTech corporation we have been cooperating with for 20 years.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical person who wants to start a career in business analysis and learn how digital products are built in a real Agile environment.

You will work closely with Business Analysts and Reliability Engineering teams to support requirements gathering, documentation, and communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with requirements documentation techniques (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Experience or coursework in business analysis, information systems, or IT-related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and business domains
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders and team members
• Help maintain product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions)
• Support the creation of process flow diagrams, wireframes, and data mappings
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos
• Contribute to maintaining project documentation in tools such as Jira and Confluence

Would be a plus

• Familiarity with DevOps practice fundamentals
• Previous experience as QA, technical writer in IT or business-related roles
