• Find and lead smart, high-impact partnerships — with media, creators, events, and communities that matter.
• Design activations with clear goals: boosting awareness or generating leads.
• Build campaigns grounded in audience insights, not assumptions.
• Make sure every brand touchpoint feels intentional, exciting, and true to who we are.
  

• 2–4 years of experience in communications, employer branding, PR, or brand marketing.
• Strong content creation skills — writing, storytelling, and creative direction.
• Experience running campaigns from idea to launch (and knowing what worked).
• A sharp sense of how brand and comms connect to hiring and reputation.
• A proactive, high-ownership mindset — you get things done without being chased.
• English level B2+
• Comfort working across teams, giving feedback, and trying new ideas.

Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself: whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
