Leading card/transaction product projects
Functional responsibilities:
- Researching competitors' customer experience and formulating proposals for the development of card/transaction products;
- Development and modification of existing card/transaction products and processes in accordance with the Bank's strategy and to meet the demand of the target audience;
- Development and updating of product standards, banking administrative and regulatory documents;
- Formation of business requirements for the development and/or modification of software for the implementation or improvement of card/transaction products and processes;
- Conducting testing of new or modified software to verify compliance with business requirements of the software development/modification;
- Monitoring of current legislation regarding transactional and card products;
- Participation in coordinating procedures of other divisions of the Bank related to card/transaction products;
- Participate in concluding agreements for receiving payments with payment aggregators, money transfer payment systems, participants in money transfer payment systems, payment organizations of payment systems;
- Support of processes within the framework of agreements with payment systems, including regarding money transfers and services for accepting payments from the population;
- Preparation of reporting by direction, monitoring of product performance indicators
- Providing consulting and methodological assistance to network employees and employees of the involved Bank units regarding card/transaction products and processes.
- Analysis and work with reviews, feedback and wishes of users and customers
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Experience working with transactional/card products;
- Knowledge of banking technologies, banking products, and banking system functionalities;
- Experience in writing business requirements for the implementation of new products and services;
- Experienced user level, skills and knowledge of the basics of working in MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Project);
- Skills in using software products: those used in the Bank (preferred);
- Basic knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and NBU regulations regulating banking activities (preferred);
- Ability to work in a team.
