PPC Specialist

Children of Heroes was established to support the countless Ukrainian children who have faced the profound loss of a parent or parents during the ongoing war. We're looking for a PPC Specialist (remote) to join our digital marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage Performance oriented ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google to promote the initiatives and campaigns of Children of Heroes Charity Fund;
• Develop and implement PPC strategies tailored to different platforms to maximize conversion metrics;
• Set technical tasks for the designers and copywriters in order to optimize ad campaigns;
• Conduct A/B testing across all paid traffic source;
• Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resources;
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS;
• Analyze donor data and campaign results to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization;
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, including adjusting targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies;
• Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align PPC efforts with overall business objectives and strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in this or a similar role;
• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads;
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques;
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager;
• Ability to set up conversions and tracking;
• Understanding of the basic principles of A/B testing;
• Excellent understanding of PPC best practices, including campaign setup, optimization, tracking and recent trends;
• Ability to generate actionable insights from data to drive campaign improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills;
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ukrainian language native speaker, English – upper intermediate
