Обов'язки

Координувати та впроваджувати національну маркетингову стратегію бренду Vodafone - від ідеї до запуску, від кампанії до вимірюваних результатів

Створювати та розвивати комерційні ініціативи (тарифи, промо, digital-продукти, сервіси, акції, інновації), які формують прибуток, емоційний зв'язок і впізнаваність бренду

Очолювати запуск масштабних рекламних кампаній, що стають частиною культурного коду країни - на ТВ, digital, outdoor, у соцмережах

Розробляти бренд-план і комунікаційні стратегії у тісній співпраці з медіа-, digital- та продуктовими командами

Брифувати агентства, визначати креативні й стратегічні KPI, контролювати реалізацію і досягати найвищої якості на всіх етапах

Проводити маркетингові дослідження та тестування нових продуктів, щоб знаходити інсайти, які відкривають ринок

Аналізувати ефективність медіа та креативів на основі Brand Track, NPS, digital-аналітики та даних продажів

Сегментувати масовий ринок, знаходити драйвери споживацької поведінки й створювати релевантні пропозиції для різних аудиторій

Формувати бізнес-рекомендації, що напряму впливають на зростання дохідності, залучення нових користувачів та зниження відтоку

Управляти командою бренд-менеджерів, розвивати їх потенціал, надихати на сміливі ідеї й швидкі дії

Вимоги

3+ роки досвіду на аналогічній позиції у великій компанії з інтенсивним продуктовим циклом (FMCG, tech, telecom, digital)

Сильне стратегічне мислення і глибоке розуміння брендингу, комунікацій та performance-маркетингу

Практичний досвід запуску національних кампаній - від брифу до аналізу ефективності

Досвід управління брендом або продуктовим портфоліо із загальнонаціональним охопленням

Досвід співпраці з креативними, медіа- та дослідницькими агентствами

Високий рівень самостійності, швидкість прийняття рішень і здатність діяти в середовищі постійних змін

Впевнені презентаційні навички та досвід роботи з топ-менеджментом

Управлінський досвід - формування команди, розвиток потенціалу, побудова довіри й темпу

Освіта у сфері маркетингу, комунікацій, економіки або суміжних дисциплін
