Українська продуктова-R&D компанія шукає Python Backend Developer. Компанія працює в оборонному секторі, створюючи високонавантажені системи та інноваційні технології. Формат — швидкі R&D-цикли, жива інженерна команда, можливість впливати на архітектурні рішення.

Ваші завдання

Розробка та оптимізація асинхронних high-load backend-сервісів та API.

Побудова реального часу та event-driven архітектур (aiohttp, Tornado, asyncio).

Доопрацювання та розширення функціоналу існуючих систем.

Оптимізація продуктивності, профілювання та забезпечення надійності сервісів.

Забезпечення захищеності даних (TLS/SSL, безпечне зберігання).

Інтеграція з SQL та NoSQL базами даних.

Співпраця з командою фронтенду та іншими інженерами.

Вимоги

Досвід у ролі Backend Developer (від 3 років, бажано 5+).

Глибокі знання Python та асинхронного програмування (asyncio, aiohttp або Tornado).

Практика роботи з реляційними та NoSQL БД.

Досвід розробки RESTful API, розуміння принципів високопродуктивних систем.

Знання мультипоточності, concurrency, memory management.

Практика роботи з Git, сучасними CI/CD та інструментами командної роботи.

Буде плюсом

Досвід у event-driven системах (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).

Робота з high-performance API та системами обробки даних.

Docker/Kubernetes, AWS або GCP.

Big Data, Data Pipelines.

Знання Django/Flask як додатковий плюс, але не ключове.

Досвід тестування (pytest або інші фреймворки).

Не шукаємо класичних Django/Flask девелоперів. Потрібен інженер асинхронного бекенду, який вміє працювати з high-load та event-driven системами.
