Process manager

Functional responsibilities:

  • Implementation of ACE principles and tools (including BSC, Kaizen sessions);
  • development, implementation and development of process management methodology;
  • conducting training on process management methodology;
  • development, implementation and development of a portfolio monitoring methodology, consolidation of information about the organization's processes;
  • supporting and advising employees on process management methodologies to ensure process consistency, process monitoring and optimization, and process modeling.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education; work experience in the field of process management - from 2 years;
  • experience in developing a methodology for process management/BP optimization;
  • experience in developing process KPIs and implementing them into processes;
  • Experience as a business analyst/process manager in the banking sector is welcome;
  • CBPA or other certification in the field of process management will be an added advantage;
  • availability of a military registration document (for men).
