Functional responsibilities:
- Implementation of ACE principles and tools (including BSC, Kaizen sessions);
- development, implementation and development of process management methodology;
- conducting training on process management methodology;
- development, implementation and development of a portfolio monitoring methodology, consolidation of information about the organization's processes;
- supporting and advising employees on process management methodologies to ensure process consistency, process monitoring and optimization, and process modeling.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education; work experience in the field of process management - from 2 years;
- experience in developing a methodology for process management/BP optimization;
- experience in developing process KPIs and implementing them into processes;
- Experience as a business analyst/process manager in the banking sector is welcome;
- CBPA or other certification in the field of process management will be an added advantage;
- availability of a military registration document (for men).
