Your Tasks

• Collection of releases from bloggers we work with and full maintenance of the release spreadsheet
• Full management of the link creation process for bloggers, ensuring their timely and accurate creation
• Carrying out tasks from managers upon request (links creation, content review from specific bloggers)
• Compiling daily reports on errors in bloggers' releases
• Data collection and database analysis on request
• Searching for YouTube/Twitch (alike) influencers; checking bloggers' statistics
• Understanding of all common processes of the IM-team and being able to use all working tools
• Improving the quality and/or efficiency of processes within the team
• Managing microtasks and assignments upon request (searching for information and creating lists based on it, writing scripts)

Your Superpowers

• B2 written English
• Analytical mindset and experience in creating databases
• Experience creating scripts to automate processes
• Perseverance and willingness to perform daily routine tasks
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Experience with Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, and knowledge of basic formulas

Bonus Points

• Fluency in English/Chinese/APAC languages/German/French/Portuguese/Spanish
• Passion for CS2
• Experience running your own YouTube channel
• Experience in Influence Marketing
• Understanding of YouTube algorithms
