GR/IR Coordinator

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)
Are you passionate about Finance & Procurement? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Source to Pay (AP Reporting Team).

You are:

• An experienced professional with analytical mindset
• Solid expertise in accounting or procurement with at least 1 year
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP
• A professional with solid communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable to changes in fast-paced environment
• Confident in English on at least Upper Intermediate level

With you we will:

• Provide market support to achieve GR/IR open items' annual targets
• Prepare timely reports with root cause analysis of open GR/IR differences
• Plan and facilitate work-stream review meetings
• Drive reduction of GR/IR open items by proactive stakeholder management of market requestors, financial controllers and others
• Exchange expertise and best practices between team members
• Process market feedback and perform GR/IR clearing & accm reversal
• Support implementation of different cross-team projects related to GR/IR process improvement and increase efficiency
• Provide training sessions to market responsible persons upon market request
