We're now expanding our remote team in Ukraine to support our U.S.-based clients in the real estate sector. As a Presales Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, helping them navigate the leasing process, gather key information, and coordinate with property management teams—all while working from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Be Doing:

Communicating with prospective residents to gather key details (name, contact, move-in date, etc.)

Creating and updating "Guest Cards" and contact records

Scheduling in-person tours with onsite leasing teams

Answering questions via phone and email, helping residents feel informed and confident

Keeping accurate notes and tracking every conversation

Sharing updates and aligning with the U.S. property management teams

Jumping in with additional support tasks as needed to keep leasing workflows smooth

What You Bring to the Table:

Background in sales, customer service, or call centers (an advantage)

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Strong people skills—friendly, proactive, and composed under pressure

A detail-oriented mindset and structured approach to multitasking

Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office or other CRM/scheduling platforms

Professionalism and the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position for Ukraine-based candidates. Work will be conducted primarily via phone, email, and video, requiring a quiet, distraction-free setup and strong time-management skills.
