Вимоги:

  • Вища освіта (бухгалтерія, фінанси, економіка).
  • Англійська та польська — рівень

  • Активність, гнучкість, готовність розвиватися.

Обов'язки:

  • Пошук і впровадження кращих практик у процесах
    AP
    .
  • Підготовка документів, управління поверненнями коштів, контроль заборгованостей.
  • Підготовка звітів і
    KPI
    , аналіз даних, вирішення проблем.
  • Координація роботи команди, підтримка колег і керівників.
  • Участь у впровадженні та роботі з
    SAP
    .
  • Взаємодія з внутрішніми та зовнішніми клієнтами, підтримка у вирішенні питань.
  • Участь у зустрічах і робочих обговореннях, заміщення колег за потреби.
  • Ініціація та впровадження покращень у процесах.
