What you will be doing as
S
enior Tax Specialist Ukraine:
The Senior Tax Specialist Ukraine is a strategic role in Bunge Ukraine and will support the Manager Tax North Central Eastern Europe in the development and delivery of the Europe&Asia tax strategy in line with the overall finance mission.

• Review tax compliance of Ukraine entities (VAT, CIT, other);
• Coordinate and prepare corporate tax reporting (monthly, quarterly and yearly), incl ETR calculations for forecast & budget;
• Coordinate and execute tax guidance for Ukrainian entities: first point of contact for internal advice and contact with external advisors. Includes monitoring and communicating on law and fiscal regulation updates;
• Provide high quality tax advice and insight on various business projects through active interactions with other functions within Bunge, manage local implementation of group level taxation projects;
• Coordinate the review of proposed contracts of Ukrainian Bunge entities from tax perspectives;
• Coordinate and execute the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for Bunge Ukrainian legal entities;
• Coordinate and be actively involved in tax inspections and representation of Bunge entities in front of tax authorities;
• Support in the development of aligned controls and procedures to ensure Bunge operations are in line with tax laws and international development, but also to achieve efficiencies and standardization in approach;
• Support in optimizing Bunge's tax positionby generating tax savings and improving the tax cash flow and forecast;
• Maintain relationship with external auditors and tax advisors, control over cost and quality of the service;
• Represent Bunge in external Tax working groups.

What do we expect from our future S
enior Tax Specialist Ukraine
:

• University degree in Economy/Law, Direct tax
• 4+ years of professional practice in multinational companies (US multinational is a preference) and/or leading international tax consulting/law firms
• MS Office, incl. advanced Excel
• Communications, negotiations skills
• Persistent, resilient
• Highly structured, right combination between high level and detailed focus
• Deep knowledge of tax legislation
• English: speaking and writing

Nice to have:
US GAAP knowledge, SAP experience.
