Зараз ми у пошуках Hardware Project Manager для нашого клієнта – одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб Сил Оборони України.

Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї. Ви зможете вдосконалювати процеси, розвивати команду та експертизу проєктного менеджменту в компанії.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід ведення технічних проектів від 4 років.
  • Досвід з hardware проектами - від ідеї до запуску в масове виробництво.
  • Вміння налаштовувати злагоджену роботу команди, тримати команду у фокусі та спрямовувати до поставлених цілей.
  • Досвід управління ризиками та кризовими ситуаціями в проектах.
  • Навички роботи з Jira та Confluence, інструментами для планування проектів.
  • Особиста організація і мультизадачність, увага до деталей.
  • Вміння ефективно координувати роботу кросфункціональних команд.
  • Вміння знаходити підхід в комунікації з різними відділами компанії та з'ясовувати всю необхідну інформацію для прийняття рішення.

Твої обов'язки:

  • Забезпечення успішної реалізації проектів.
  • Організація процесів всередині проекту.
  • Виявлення та управління ризиками.
  • Комплексне управління проектом, включаючи оцінку часу, планування ресурсів та контроль якості.
  • Ведення проектної документації.
  • People management команди.
  • Ефективна координація та управління командними ресурсами для оптимізації продуктивності та забезпечення успіху проекту.
