Які виклики чекають на тебе в ролі Service Operations Engineer:
— Відстеження показників та алертів більше 10-ти команд в лайв режимі 24/7;
— Якнайшвидше виявити інцидент, знайти його причину та допомогти з фіксом, залучивши потрібних людей;
— Співпраця у вирішенні кейсів від розробника та сапорт агента до С-левел співробітників;
— Знаходження найшвидшого та найкоротшого шляху ведення багу від юзера до фікса;
— 4 системи моніторингу, власниками яких є ми.

Чим потрібно буде займатись:
— Моніторинг систем 24/7;
— Розробка та підтримка моніторингових та алертингових систем;
— Траблшутінг та ескалація інцидентів;
— Відтворення богів та баг-репортінг;
— Допомога саппорту з технічних питань;
— Вигрузка інформації з баз даних.

Що для нас важливо:
— Базове знання SQL;
— Базове знання Linux;
— Аналітичне мислення та вміння просто доносити складну інформацію;
— Комунікативні навички;
— Навички траблшутінга;
— Досвід роботи з інструментами моніторингу (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) та системами відстеження помилок (YouTrack, Jira) буде плюсом.
