Marketing & Communications Manager

Ти — той/та, хто вміє робити так, щоб про бренд говорили, події проходили без хаосу, а комунікації працювали на результат.

Що ти будеш робити:

  • робити так, щоб наші події, презентації та кампанії були організованими, яскравими й впізнаваними — від першої ідеї до фінального аплодисменту;
  • вибудовувати партнерства з лідерами думок, індустрією та брендами — щоб про FACE the Service говорили саме ті, хто впливає;
  • створювати зміст і сенси бренду — від пресрелізів і текстів до історій, які хочеться читати й ділитися;
  • будувати CRM-комунікації, які не просто інформують, а повертають, утримують і формують лояльність;
  • тримати команду в єдиному інформаційному ритмі — через внутрішні комунікації та підтримку корпоративної культури;
  • аналізувати ефективність PR, івентів і кампаній — знаходити точки росту й пропонувати рішення.

Ідеальний метч, якщо ти:

  • любиш людей і комунікації так само сильно, як плани, дедлайни та структуру;
  • умієш оформлювати думки в чіткі й живі тексти, відчуваючи tone of voice бренду;
  • не просто робиш, а вимірюєш результат, тестуєш гіпотези й постійно покращуєш;
  • маєш досвід у маркетингу, PR або комунікаціях (і хоч трішки цікавишся світом hospitality);
  • володієш англійською мовою 
    вище середнього (Upper-Intermediate+)
    .
