BIM Manager

Responsibilities

BIM Project Leadership

• Oversee BIM implementation across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and value objectives set by the Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in coordination with PMs, clients, and design teams.
• Ensure BIM workflows are properly launched and sustained throughout all project stages.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary BIM contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and design partners.
• Lead BIM-focused meetings, present project status, and communicate BIM-related value to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build confidence with international clients through clear communication and reporting.

Collaboration with Project Manager

• Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers:
• PM covers
  project value, cost, and scope priorities
  .
• BIM Manager ensures
  continuity, technical feasibility, and BIM compliance
  .
• Provide PMs with structured BIM insights for better decision-making.

Process Oversight

• Monitor BIM standards, workflows, and quality compliance across all projects.
• Ensure models support scheduling, cost control, and risk management goals.
• Track KPIs related to efficiency, model accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Team Leadership

• Guide BIM Coordinators and discipline leads in executing technical tasks.
• Mentor project staff on BIM adoption and ensure alignment between disciplines.
• Encourage collaboration by positioning BIM as the central communication tool.

Requirements

• Experience:
  Several years of BIM management or digital delivery experience within the construction industry (hospitality/commercial sector a plus).
• Project Skills:
  Experience working closely with PMs and stakeholders; ability to bridge
  technical and business objectives
  .
• Languages:
• English –
  mandatory
  .
• Hebrew or Arabic –
  major advantage
  for Middle East projects.
• Russian/Ukrainian – plus.
• Soft Skills:
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy; ability to explain BIM benefits to clients and executives.
• Flexibility:
  Ability to adapt to diverse project conditions and travel internationally when required.
• Education:
  Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Certifications:
  PMP, PRINCE2, or BIM management credentials – strong advantage.
