Creative Podcast Script Writer

Job Type: Freelance / 3-Month Contract

We are looking for a highly creative script writer for our unique podcast project, delivering never-before-seen, exciting, and positive-content episodes for the Azerbaijani audience.

Podcast Format:

• Two participants: a moderator (asks questions) and a guest (shares expertise)

• Scripts should support natural dialogue and create an engaging experience for listeners

• Episode length: 40 minutes to 1 hour

Responsibilities:

• Create original, structured, and highly engaging scripts

• Suggest never-before-discussed topics in psychology, neuroscience, learning, stress, and daily life

• Bring creative approaches to make content memorable and unique

• Adapt content to the Azerbaijani audience

Requirements:

• Strong writing and storytelling skills

• Ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas

• Interest in psychology, neuroscience, human behavior, or lifestyle topics

• Motivation to create content that stands out and has viral potential

Terms & Payment:

• Contract: 3 months

• Payment: $14 per script (potential bonuses based on quality)

• Deliverable: 1 script per month (total 3 scripts)
